This Therapeutic Bath will help alleviate the effects of cellulite by activating the skin and opening block pores, allowing the skin to release the trapped toxins, as well as helping to tighten and firm the skin. In order to reap the full benefits of this bath, and get the results you desire, you must be consistent and do it at least twice per week.
Considering that cellulite is the result of stagnant internal toxins, displaced tissue, weak muscle tone, and fractured collagen, it is imperative that you incorporate a diet that includes foods that contain the nutrients that support the process.
Cellulite is NOT the result of an external condition, but rather the result of internal toxins that have become trapped in the tissue, and cause the tissue to morph into what we term cellulite. And for that reason, the internal aspects of detoxing and healing such as nutrition must be the foundation of healing the external effects.
For instance, if you fail to drink an adequate amount of water necessary to flush the toxins from your body, simply just bathing and brushing the body will not yield the results you want. The external “reflects” the internal, therefore what you are putting into, or not putting into your body directly affects the results.
