Purify The Air In Your Home

Currently, air pollution is an inescapable hazard to life. Air pollutants cause respiratory diseases, poison the bloodstream, and damage the genetic structure of cells, resulting in illness. While pollution is everywhere, some areas are more polluted than others, we do have some level of control of how much we are exposed to, such as:

Do we smoke cigarettes?
Do we subject ourselves to the cigarette smoke of others?
Do we allow the air in our homes to become stagnated?
Do we clean and dust regularly?
Do we use synthetic air fresheners and caustic cleaning agents that are harmful to our respiratory system?

Ventilate Your Home
To prevent high levels of in-home pollution, the air should be exchanged weekly, to help neutralize food odors, dust particles, and other airborne contaminants. a window should always be cracked open (even during winter) in our bedrooms, so while we rest we breathe fresher air. Open the windows in your home daily to allow an exchange of air that will flush out stagnant energy.

Keep Your Home Clean

Clean your home clean at all times negative energies can easily violate you and your space simply because filth attracts filth, in all aspects of life, change the furniture around regularly to allow yourself to get a new perspective and renew the energy in your home. When is the last time you washed your walls, washed your curtains or blinds, carpet, etc.,? Yes it’s a big job but boy do you feel so much better and your creativity is inspired and activated. TRY IT!

How Stress Affects Us

Stress causes the body to release enormous amounts of adrenaline, and contributes to the creation of toxins in our bodies, it has been estimated that 90% of illnesses are stress-related. When adrenaline is released in our bodies it tells our brain, there is danger, the body goes into fight or flight mode, the heart races, the blood pressure rises, digestion shuts down, immune activity decreases, and muscles become tense. Our entire body’s internal systems are disrupted and ready to fight or flee. Being in this state of mind can only result in one thing – illness.

Take Inventory
Identify life situations, relationships, and thought patterns that are emotionally stressful. Make a commitment to yourself that you will change anything in your life, that does not bring you joy. By eliminating the unnecessary stress in our lives it gives us the ability to deal with situations, that we do not have control over, allowing us to rebound in a positive way.

Ask yourself the following questions:
Do I want to do this?
Do I have to do this?
Do I enjoy doing this?
If your answer is no – then why are you doing what you do not have to, want to, or gain any joy from?

Most lives are plagued with this dynamic, it emotionally cripples and slowly consumes one’s life force every day. We cannot control every event in our lives, but there are lots of situations that we do have the power to control, and in order to be happy and healthy, our life choices must be good ones. On the other hand, we do have control over our responses to the things we cannot control.
