Make Rest A Priority

The body does most of its healing while we are asleep; during this time, the immune system and the organs of detoxification can focus full attention on cleansing and healing.

The hours of regeneration are between 9 PM and 1 AM, if we fail to rest during these times regularly, we will become sleep-deprived and our health will suffer.

This is also the time that the body regulates our body fat, in addition, if we eat late our bodies will digest food during the night, instead of using that energy to heal, restore, and regulate.

Electric Magnetic Frequencies (EMFs)

I would be remiss if I failed to address the effect of the current modern-day challenge that EMFs prevent good rest and well-being.

EMFs are frequency by-products, of our beloved technological modern conveniences, such as computers, WiFi, and the internet that our wireless living brings us. What most of us do not realize about the connection between our bodies and technology is that we are not solid at all, what we are is a network of vibrating energy that vibrates so fast that it gives the illusion that we are solid.

The truth is that we are as much a part of the wireless network as our cell phones, every call, all informational data that travels through the wireless network, also travels through our bodies all of it, every time, all the time!

For these frequencies to NOT cause major conflict in our bodies, we have to ensure that our bodies are clear of toxins that allow these frequencies to move unobstructed through our bodies.

And not cause the unbelievable stress levels, we experience, as well as the mysterious ailments, body aches, sleepless nights, and the many unexplainable illnesses that we and our loved ones face from day to day.

Getting a good night’s rest is like running a marathon; it requires us to approach what should be, a normal good night’s rest from a very stressful strategic perspective, in hopes of waking rested.

Tips To Promote Better Rest
Remove all electronic devices from your sleeping area. Turn your cell phones off, and wrap them in aluminum foil to help prevent the EMFs from disturbing your sleep.

Do not watch television at least 2 hours before bedtime actually, none at all is better.

  • Do not have a television in your room
  • Do not have books in your bed, your brain will scan and read all night long, I know because I did this for years, and rest was elusive.
  • Keep your room clear of clutter.
  • Change your bed linen at least weekly.
  • Add a cup of salt to the laundry when you wash your linen – it helps remove stagnant energy.
  • Sleeping in a dark room, allows the pineal gland to recharge.
