Visualization

Visualization helps us achieve our goals, the truth is that we are always creating what we are visualizing, it’s just generally what we don’t want. We constantly think about the experiences we don’t want, the people we don’t like instead of what we want our life to look, feel and function in real terms.

Consequently, our mind sends out frequencies based on the thoughts we hold to the creative Universe in the form of energetic thought patterns, and She sends back to us the manifested experiences of those thought patterns. 

In order to make real changes in our lives, we must see and feel exactly and only what we really want. The reason we manifest the things we don’t want is not simply because we think about them, but because those thoughts generate so much emotion and feeling, supercharging them, as a result, we get what we don’t want. 

The key is to generate and activate emotional feeling about what we do want, just as we do with what we do not want, this is the reason vision boards are effective because it helps us remember, focus and feel what we want for our lives.


For instance, if you desire to lose weight, you must see yourself at the desired weight, not another person, or a picture of someone else. Because all you are doing is helping them create the body you want. 

A practical way to envision it would be to see yourself in an outfit that you love, but it must be your face, your body, and your outfit, then back it with the emotional feeling of having reached your desired weight and wearing that outfit – complete with the shoes! 

Daily Tips to Stay Calm


Always take time throughout the day to quiet your mind especially when you are the most stressed.

  • Stay hydrated (with water)!
  • When you are feeling unbalanced go out in nature and sit on the grass, sit under a tree, you will be amazed how much better you feel after.
