Juicing allows our body to re-balance while still being nourished. The juice combination I recommend is, carrot, beet, and apple, and if you would like to give it a little kick, add some fresh ginger.

- Juice only the amount of juice that can be consumed within 4 hours, otherwise it loses energy and the nutrients perish.
- Do not juice more than 3 different fruits or vegetables in combination recipes.
- Fruit juices detox and removes toxins and built-up mucus deposits.
- Vegetable juices nourish and restore lost nutrients.
- Store in glass containers, to prevent toxic interactions with plastic containers.
- Before swallowing swish juice around in mouth a few times, this allows the system to prepare for its effects.
- Always use the freshest produce available. The quality of juice is dependent on the freshness of your produce.
- Use organic when possible.
- Always wash fruits and vegetables, cut off any bad parts before juicing.
